Photomaly walkthrough: Day 1 to the final shift
Use this spoiler-marked day-by-day walkthrough as a guided first-completion route. It keeps the day structure clear, points to the anomaly checklist, and leaves the full ending explanation on a separate spoiler page.
Day 1 · learn the studio
Complete the first customer flow: photograph, print the requested output, place it in an envelope, and deliver it for Picture Perfect. Later, a scripted power outage sends you outside; turn on the flashlight and look toward the distant breaker box to trigger Did I See Someone?
Day 2 · open the darkroom
After the next outage, the bald agent gives you a darkroom key and a film roll. Turn on the red light, remove the film, process it through Developer, Stop, and Fixer, hang the negatives, then photograph the dried result for Chemical Romance. Photograph the agent itself for No Face, No Case, then begin the Day 2 camera sweep.
Days 3–4 · monitor between customers
Continue standard orders, but break between customers to sweep the security feeds. Day 3 adds the darkroom, bathroom, and backyard reports; Day 4 adds the reception vent, two room reports, and the backyard van report. All 10 reports must disappear from the feeds for the tested good-ending path.
Day 5 · catch the customer and choose the route
Photograph the sunglasses customer. When he directs your attention behind you, do not turn around; walk toward the door and interact with him when he crouches to escape for Not So Fast. Finish the shift after either reporting every anomaly for the good route or intentionally reporting none for the reset route.

- Second run: do not report anomalies and finish Day 5 for Reset Protocol.
