You must assemble a 3-part ladder on the wall before accessing the higher escape passage. Search the right-hand sectors of the maze:

- Take the narrow hallway on the immediate right from the spawn area; the first piece sits in the corner.
- Piece 2 · Central Assembly Point
- Resting directly on the floor beside the ladder mounting bracket on the wall.
- Piece 3 · Pillar Corridor
- Located in the pillar sector on the far right, beside the second row of concrete columns.
Mannequin creature behavior & camera flash stun
Once you pick up the first ladder piece, the mannequin entity spawns and begins stalking you. It moves silently when you are looking away.
- Maintain Line-of-Sight: The mannequin pauses its advance when you maintain direct eye contact while backing away.
- Camera Flash Stun: When cornered or while assembling ladder parts, take a photo with your camera to trigger a bright flash that freezes the creature in place.
- Quickfix #3 Buffs: The developer officially increased the stun duration and reduced the monster's speed after repeated attempts.
